WHAT IS A WEBINAR?

A UPMG Webinar is an interactive webcast that combines audio, video, synchronized slides, polling and Q&A sent over the Internet to provide a complete multimedia communications experience. Webinars allow you to access the content at your convenience either as a live debut or on-demand.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "LIVE DEBUT" AND "ON-DEMAND"?

The live debut is the initial broadcast of the Webinar, during which you will hear the speaker live in an interactive setting allowing you to e-mail questions to be answered live. The on-demand Webinar is not interactive, but allows you to view the recorded debut in its entirety, including the Q&A session. We offer our events at no charge.

HOW WILL I GET THE INFORMATION ALLOWING ME TO ACCESS THE LIVE DEBUT WEBINAR?

Access information will be provided in an e-mail confirmation once you have successfully registered. Any additional and reminder information will also be sent to the e-mail provided when you registered.

WHEN DO I NEED TO LOG ON TO BE READY FOR THE WEBINAR?

Please sign in at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the Webinar to ensure that your computer is functioning properly the day of the event. We recommend that you test your computer as soon as you register.

WHAT IF I REGISTERED BUT, DUE TO SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, WAS UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LIVE DEBUT?

Within 12 hours of the live event, you will be sent information via e-mail with details on accessing the event on-demand.

IF I DID NOT REGISTER FOR THE LIVE EVENT, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE IN THE ON-DEMAND EVENT?

Please visit www.pcbshows.com/webinars for details on accessing on-demand events, which will be made available within 12 hours following the live event.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE VIDEO PORTION OF THE WEBINAR?

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AUDIO PORTION OF THE WEBINAR?

Typically, you will hear audio in one of three ways: through speakers that you have attached to your computer, through built-in speakers, or through headphones connected to the headphone jack on your computer. Please see the links below to ensure your system is ready.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP DURING THE WEBINAR, EITHER LIVE DEBUT OR ON-DEMAND?

There is a help button displayed on your screen during live and on-demand Webinars. Simply click and you can communicate directly with technical support to quickly resolve your problem.

CAN I ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE LIVE DEBUT WEBINAR?

Yes, you have the opportunity for interactive participation during the live debut Webinar. Simply type in your question at any time once the presentation begins. Please note that just because the speaker does not answer your question immediately does not mean that it has not been received. He or she might be saving it for the Q&A period or because it is related to an upcoming slide. Every effort will be made to ensure that all questions are answered during the live event, during the Q&A session, or in a personal e-mail after the Webinar.

HOW LONG DO WEBINARS REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING ON-DEMAND?

On-demand Webinars will remain available for six months following live debut. Simply visit www.pcbshows.com/webinars and view all on-demand Webinars available.

HOW OFTEN MAY I ACCESS A FREE ON-DEMAND EVENT?

Once you fully complete registration for a free on-demand event, you may view the event repeatedly.
